Our goal is to make this service as simple as possible for you. Whether you need groceries delivered once a week, or just once during your vacation; we are happy to help. Let us get everything you need on your list so you can have time back to do the things you enjoy doing.
How much does this service cost?

In addition to the cost of the groceries, there is an additional $25 delivery fee + 15% service fee on all deliveries.

Example: $200 Groceries + $30 (15% service fee) + $25 (delivery fee) = $255 Total Charge to Customer​

No need to tip for this service. The fees you pay already cover everything.

Have your groceries unpacked and put away for an additional $40 stocking fee.

We will stop at King’s Market, Friday Harbor Market Place and San Juan Island Food Co-op for no additional cost.

Minimum orders of $25 are required.

All orders must be paid in full upon delivery via credit card. A credit card number on file is required prior to order delivery.
How do payments work?
It's simple. Fill out the order form and submit with your $25 delivery fee. Once we receive the form we will text or call (which ever you prefer) to securely collect your payment method. After we shop, we will send you a photo of your receipt and your final total (groceries + 15%). Once you approve, we charge the card on file and deliver groceries. You will see your total before you are charged.

Do you deliver alcohol or cigarettes?
Due to Washington State regulations, we are not currently able to deliver alcohol or cigarettes.
When should I place my order and when do you deliver?

All deliveries need to be placed by 9:00pm to receive the order by the next day. No day of deliveries at this time.

If you would like to place your order a few days or weeks before you need it, that is fine too.

Please be specific when you would like your groceries delivered.

We deliver 7 days a week.

All deliveries are made between 9:00am and 6:00pm on delivery day.

Once you place your order, we will provide you will a delivery time.

If you would like groceries stocked in your rental before you arrive, we can often work with property management. Please be specific about who you rented the property through if vacationing.

We only deliver on San Juan Island, Washington. We do deliver to the marinas and airports for outer island pickup.
Do you shop off island?
We only shop locally on San Juan Island. We do not offer any off island shopping services.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?​
As soon as your plans change, please let us know. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of scheduled delivery time, there will be a $20 cancellation fee charged. We will do everything possible to work with you if plans change.

What is your refund policy?
Physical items: We will only provide a refund if the items are damaged when they are delivered, and the customer informs the delivery driver of the damage before they leave the property. No refunds will be provided on substituted items that are not wanted.
Delivery Fees: No refunds will be provided after payment of the delivery or after grocery delivery fee is paid.
